Went to MAHA 2006 last weekend. But...nak cari parking punya lah seksa nya. Jauh dari tempat exhibition centre. Cadangan untuk organiser, next MAHA kena lama sikit, dalam 2 minggu. Jadi rakyat jelata tak lah berebut-rebut pergi dalam mas yang singkat. Bye!!

after so long never makan nasi lemak (puasa & raya), finally I cooked nasi lemak last night. I have to asked my son whether nasi lemak for dinner is okay for him. Guess what? 'Yahooooo...best nyer!!'. 
p/s: my nasi lemak without timun b'coz my son tak makan sayur!!

Power Walk diadakan pada setiap hari Selasa & Khamis pukul 4:30 petang untuk semua staff. This is the way to keep all the staff healthy and fit. Tapi banyak juga yang ponteng. Biasalah tu...
Today, 07/11/06, my first day power walk lepas bercuti sebulan sempena Ramadhan and Syawal. Penat gak. Asyik makan jer masa raya hari tu. 
Sebelum Power Walk, ada warming up session dulu, then Power walk. After finished, we having a cooling down session. (this is according to NIOSH Total Health Programme).
